1. Use chemicals carefully

 

Because of the use of synthetic resins such as polycarbonate on the bottom plate of mini todler switch, the potentiometer should be avoided to be exposed to ammonia, amine, alkali solution, hydrocarbon, ketone, ester, halogen and other chemicals in the strong atmosphere.

 

2. Use flux with caution

 

Avoid using water-soluble fluxes when soldering tin, which will adversely affect the metals and other materials that make up the toggle switch.

 

3. The solder

 

Wiring design and soldering method should avoid causing molten tin to flow to the PC board plane, which will cause poor contact.

 

4. Work at low temperature

 

When the product is used in low temperature environment, such as cold zone car radio or car audio, the company according to customer requirements to provide comfortable products, please give instructions when ordering.

 

5. Length of the slider

 

The shorter the length, the better (at least 5mm) in the case that the width of the slider A is unchanged, the shorter the length of the slider, the better the feel, and the higher the output point, the worse the feel.

 

6. Drive arm

 

Do not move the operating point away from the center line of the slider. For the same reason, the shorter the distance between the two, the better.
